Welcome to Victory Worship Ministries! Founded by Brian and Ruthie Goins, our ministry has been a beacon hope and faith for over 43 years. They have been married over 51 years with a rich family legacy of 8 children, 21 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren, Brian and Ruthie bring a wealth of experience and love to our community. Both holding doctorate degrees and published several books. Brian has served as a Riverside County Sheriff Chaplain for over 29 years and continues today, service and spiritual growth is at the heart of what we do.
